Refund Policy

- Successful Cancellation of an order or successful acceptance of return of goods by the seller will qualify for refund of payment that has been collected by Nearshop against your order - A partial refund is permitted for refund, provided merchant has confirmed the receipt of the goods. - The charges for delivery and packaging are not refundable. - Refund shall be made through the same payment method that was used for making the payment for the order. - Nearshop will provide you a refund reference once a refund has been successfully processed. - A refund may take between 2 to 4 weeks from the date of successful processing of refund to reflect in your account - If you do not receive the refund in 4 weeks, please send us an email on [email protected]. Please specify your order number and refund reference number in the email.
